  • All NZ Marine field officers have first-hand experience in the industry.

  • NZ Marine visit Tristram Marine to meet with apprentices every 8-12 weeks.

  • NZ Marine act as advisors, mentors, and coordinators for the apprentice.

  • NZ Marine assist in customised on-going training plan goals and objectives for training delivery and assessment.

  • NZ Marine coordinate off-job training solutions.

  • NZ Marine evaluate training progress by conducting Unit Standard Assessments.
