Mathew from the Tristram Marine Service Team – runner up in Yamaha’s Oceania Marine Technician Grand Prix!

Well done to Mathew from the Tristram Marine Service Team! Last week Mat was awarded runner up in Yamaha’s Oceania Marine Technician Grand Prix in Brisbane, after taking on the best in New Zealand and Australia.The Technician Grand Prix is a skills contest where the finalists are put through a number of measured challenges to test their knowledge and skill in a controlled and work like environment. From all accounts Mat and a second New Zealand competitor were well ahead of their Australian rivals, due to their own personal drive and high technical skill sets.Congrats Mat!
