20 Years with Tristram Marine – Warwick Pilcher

Lance & Bronwyn are very proud to congratulate Tristram Marine’s Service Manager, Warwick Pilcher, on his outstanding 20 years with the company.   

Warwick began with Tristram Marine in June 1995 in the Laminating Department where he worked for five years before moving into the Hull and Deck Joining Division. Today, Warwick manages and leads Tristram Marine’s industry-leading Service Department.

Testament to his knowledge and service dedication, we constantly receive positive feedback from customers who have dealt with Warwick. This reflects the time and effort he invests not only into his own role, but also in fostering the development of his team.

Warwick lives and breathes all things ‘boating’.  He and his family enjoy spending time fishing and diving up the Coromandel Coast and around other parts of New Zealand.  Warwick has also been involved in Thundercat racing, competing in and winning various NZ and Australian championships.

Warwick’s passion towards Tristram Marine and its core values has been integral to establishing the company as a leader in the fiberglass trailer boat industry. Lance is often quoted referring to Tristram boat owners as family, which is epitomised in the outstanding service that Warwick and his team provide.

We thank Warwick for his unrelenting drive and enthusiasm, and look forward to working alongside him to set new standards in customer service. Over the coming years, we have no doubt that he will continue to develop and expand the Tristram Marine Service Department to even greater heights.
