Meet the Tristram Team – Lance (Managing Director) has done his fair share of boat shows! After building Tristram Marine from the ground up with his wife and co-Managing Director, Bronwyn over 30 years ago, Lance enjoys socialising with Tristram owners and reflecting on the memories that have been created for so many families in their Tristrams. Lance and Bronwyn now plan to spend less time on the ground at Tristram Marine, and more time catching fish (although their corner offices will always remain for those key strategic decision making sessions!)
