As our Boat Parts & Insurance Manager, Melina works closely with Tristram owners every day, helping them find the right parts, accessories, and solutions to keep their boats in top condition. She also assists owners with marine insurance, making it easy to organise cover through someone who understands both boats and boating.

Based at our Hamilton headquarters, Melina manages everything from parts enquiries and ordering through to insurance support and customer care. Whether you’re replacing a worn component, fitting out your boat with new equipment, or looking for insurance advice, she’ll guide you through the process and make sure you get the help you need.

What owners appreciate most about Melina is her willingness to go the extra mile. She genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in building long-term relationships with Tristram owners. For many customers, she’s one of the first people they call whenever they need support.

Boating is also a big part of life outside of work. Melina’s husband, Mike, is Tristram’s Production Manager, and together with their three children they spend plenty of time on the water in their Tristram 640 Cabriolet. Being active boat owners themselves gives them a real understanding of what matters most to our customers.
