Sounds Time // After a quick flight north to Tristram HQ, the owner of this brand new Tristram 821 Offshore enjoyed an on-water handover of his new machine ‘Sounds Time’ this week, before it made its journey south to its home in the Marlborough Sounds. This incredible package was optioned by its owner with state-of-the-art electronics including the Simrad Komodo Glass Helm, Autopilot, HALO Radar and FLIR Thermal Imaging Camera for night vision through Marlborough’s labyrinth of natural inlets. Absolute magic.
Sounds Time’s CAD designed and CNC moulded cockpit is geared up and ready for serious offshore fishing adventures with a 70L live bait tank, SeaDek flooring, underfloor rod storage compartments, seal-free moulded boarding platform to keep the engine bay dry and, of course, Mercury’s mighty 270hp 3.0 V6 Diesel powerplant. Smooth, efficient, and loaded with torque.
