Tristram 701 Offshore – ‘Team Tristram’
We’ve had phenomonal feedback on our very own ‘Team Tristram’ 701 Offshore, so we thought we’d share some info on this special team boat!
Built with fishing at the very core of every decision made and option selected, this machine is equipped with some serious equipment, some of the very best items from only the best marine suppliers are featured onboard (listed below).
From the beginning, the theme of Team Tristram was ‘Miami Show Boat’. It needed to turn heads at the boat ramp! A white engine was selected to suit and the vinyl wrap chosen was ‘Metallic Frosty Blue’. Hydrographic charts were superimposed onto the wrap to showcase our favourite boating spots.
SeaDek flooring is featured throughout, a personal favourite of ours. It’s a great non-skid and looks the part. Colours selected for this boat were mocha over black. A range of other brilliant colours are also available (see here).
Team Tristram’s rocket launcher was tilted to a higher angle than usual to give us more air space for casting. The standard 6 rocket launcher set up was also upgraded to 11. We have a number of rods for a wide range of fish species!
Team Tristram is based at Whitianga currently, so keep an eye out in Mercury Bay for this incredible 701 Offshore.
