Cockpit space was paramount in the Tristram 881 Offshore’s design brief. With ample room for four divers to suit up at a time, or four or more anglers to fish.
A port-side walkthrough and starboard-side live bait tank are standard. In-fill squabs for either side of the engine box offer a bench seat by day and additional berth by night.
Non-skid fibreglass flooring, removable carpet and SeaDek flooring treatments are available which each offer unique properties for a variety of boating activities.
Two hardtop hatches introduce natural light and airflow into the cockpit area. These hatches are also useful for spotting work ups and offer brilliant ventilation for the 881 Offshore’s mid-ship located food preparation and cooking facilities.
A 3-facet toughened glass windscreen with double mullion system for superior strength is standard, as are sliding side windows, stainless steel fore-aft rails and vertical port & starboard grab handles.
All Tristram hardtops are designed with moulded side and top flares for wind deflection. Ceilings are also lined with vinyl paneling for sound absorption.
A Fusion Bluetooth entertainment head unit and speakers are mounted in the hardtop’s instrument panel and each owner has the option of mounting their VHF beside the Fusion head unit or in the skipper’s moulded side pocket.
