Tristram Marine is a dominant industry leader with high principles of construction and development and we pride ourselves on the level of skill we have within our composite boat manufacturing team.

Demand is at an unprecedented high for Tristram Hardtops, Cabin Boats and Cabriolets. To ensure each and every Tristram is delivered on time and to the highest standard we are looking for new people to join our growing team in Hamilton.

We’re currently looking for two enthusiastic and customer focused Groomers & Final Detailers to join our exceptional team.

What is this role all about?

You will be responsible for grooming and detailing the interior and exterior of all new and pre-owned Tristram packages prior to client handover. You will be based in Tristram Marine’s Showroom, Production Plant and brand new state-of-the-art Grooming facility in Te Rapa, Hamilton. As a Groomer & Final Detailer at Tristram Marine you will:

  • Detail boat packages to the highest of standards for boat owners.
  • Ensure boat packages are ready in time for client handovers.
  • Maintain the presentation of Tristram Marine’s showroom, customer lounges and offices.
  • Ensure team work areas are clean, safe and free of hazards.
  • Drive company vehicles in a safe manner and adhere to all Tristram policies and procedures.

Future options for boat building apprenticeships are available after two years of Grooming & Final Detailing experience.
